music done at a lower intensity and pace, but certainly is as fun.

Toning – Using light-weight, maraca-like Zumba Toning Sticks, this class
combines body-sculpting techniques and specific Zumba moves into a
calorie-burning, strength-training workout. It’s an excting, Latin
inspired, dance and body-toning workout. No Zumba
class experience necessary.
